Worth more than I paid, (don't tell the manufacturer) - I am a big guy. This pack adjusted to fit me just right. The straps are all double stitched, the fabric is of a good quality, and all potential weak points are reinforced. I didn't expect much in the way of quality or features based on its price, but once it arrived I was very impressed. So much so that I called a buddy of mine and he purchased one that day. We both used them last weekend. My buddy is approximately and the pack adjusted to fit him just fine. Once adjusted properly, you hardly notice on your back that is because it transfers the weight to your hips. The only drawback I can see is that it does not have a built in rain cover. But for the price and weight I will carry a tarp that I can serve a dual purpose and can be placed under my tent
