Frequently Asked Questions
Shipping 1 Would you ship to U.S. remote zones or overseas? Yes. We provide both U.S. shipping and international shipping. U.S. shipping includes P.O. Box Address, AK, HI, PR, GU, within the 50 states, and APO addresses.
2 I need my order shipped to a totally different person, in another city or country? Yes. Orders can be shipped to a different address. After you enter your billing address during checkout, you'll have the option to either enter a new shipping address (different from billing address).
3 How much does the shipping cost? The shipping cost counts on the item's weight, dimensions, shipping method and shipping address.
4 When will my order arrive? We promise every buyer’s purchases will be shipped out within one or two business day after payment cleared. Usually, if you purchase and pay before 10 pm today, the item will be shipped out before 6 am tomorrow. The exact delivery time may vary with different areas. 5 How can I track the shipment? Once the order is shipped, you may contact us for the tracking number(s) and estimated delivery time. We’ll send you an email with the tracking information. With the tracking number(s), you could track your package on carrier's website (FedEx or USPS).
6 Can I pick up the purchased item instead of paying for shipping? I'm local. Sorry, we couldn’t provide pick-up service. Currently, we just trade on-line. My Account 1 How do I sign in to shopcuscus.com? If you are a new customer, please click the “Register” tab on the top of our home page, and create an new account by following the instructions. If you are a returning customer, please click the “Sign In”, enter your email address and password.
2 How should I update my account information or check my order lists? Please sign in to shopcuscus.com, click t he “My Account” tab on the top of our home page. You may change your account profile by clicking on your name. Also, you could click the item date to view the details of an invoice, credit, or subscription.
3 How do I change my payment method and shipping address? Add your favorite product to the cart, and click the “Proceed to Checkout” tab. Please choose “I am a returning customer and would like to use my existing account”, by following the instructions you will be able to update your payment method and shipping address.
4 What do I do if my password doesn't work? Please click “Contact Us” on the top of our home page, click on "Lost Password?". Then you'll be asked for your first name, last name and email address. Check your email to get your original password.
